1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tkpk ("tkpk", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at tkpk.bar. By accessing, browsing, registering for, or otherwise using any part of the tkpk platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

tkpk reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a government-issued national identity card, passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one single registered account on the tkpk platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different registration details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are identified, tkpk reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending withdrawals or bonus balances without notice.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when creating your tkpk account, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You further agree to promptly update this information if any of it changes. tkpk is not liable for any losses or complications arising from inaccurate registration data submitted by the Player.

3.3 Account Security

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
